Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the following conditions:
✅ The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
✅ Proof of purchase is required.
✅ Returns will not be accepted for items that are used, assembled, or modified.

Return Process

- We will send you instructions on how to return the product. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of your refund status.
Refunds
- If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement at no extra cost or offer a full refund.
